Jobline Staffing are seeking an experienced administrator to work for their client based near Truro. The role is to provide Technical and Business Support to front line operational teams of the Repairs and Maintenance service.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions including:
Scheduling appointments for responsive repair works
Dealing with written enquiries from customers and other stakeholders
Completion of works orders to provide accurate job costings
Purchase ordering of materials
These services are expected to be high quality, cost effective and customer focussed. Delivery of organisational change management is required in this area of the service, whilst improved performance and business efficiencies are still taken forward.
Previous experience in an administration role
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent IT skills including use of MS Office
Ability to liaise with customers with empathy, understanding needs whilst maintaining a cost effective service.
