Jobline Staffing in partnership with Cormac are seeking an administrator with good customer service skills to work within the Highways and Network Management Department.
Role duties include processing insurance claims, including the collation of inspection and repair information from the electronic database, liaison with operational staff and obtaining comments from the Highways & Environment Managers in terms of the potential defence of any claim. Liaison with Cornwall Council’s insurance team would also be required.
Key Skills:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent IT skills in particular use of MS Office
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
