Maternity Cover until Dec 2019
Duties and Responsibilities.
1.Operation of the daily running of the Company’s finances including dealing with external enquiries.
2.Record and monitor monthly income streams to include monthly direct debits, standing orders, fees and bank interest allocation.
3.Monthly recording of Purchase invoices and cost allocation thereof to Excel spreadsheets.
4.Assist in the preparation of the monthly management accounts and annual accounts for audit.
5.Ensure the timely preparation of monthly purchase ledger payments and undertake monthly bank reconciliations.
6.Oversight and co-ordination of loan management systems and procedures
7.Monitoring of customer loan repayments and issuing of statements
8.Accounting for all aspects of the Company’s loan funds
9.Monitoring of financial mechanisms including Community Investment Tax Relief and Enterprise Finance Guarantee schemes
10.Production of information for reports to the board of directors and funders.
11.To actively and positively contribute to the appraisal process and to follow up agreed actions.
12.To work at all times in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and to follow all company procedures and guidelines which assist this.
13.To work at all times in accordance with the company’s Dignity & Diversity Policy.
14.To undertake such other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job.
