HR Coordinator x 2
Jobline Staffing are working in partnership with Cornwall Council and affiliated organisations to recruit 2 HR & Project Coordinators, to join their dedicated team of professionals located in North Cornwall
These positions are fixed term contracts, which will run until Jan 2020, and are to support the existing teams through the integration of a new HR and Payroll system across the business.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following key skills and experience:
- A good working knowledge of HR practices (no CIPD required) and payroll processes
- Be IT savvy – experienced in utilising the MS Office Suite, with the ability to swiftly and learn new software and IT packages as required
- Have a proven track record in working with spreadsheets and data focused software
- Project administration experience would be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite
Although these are not senior level roles, the ideal candidate(s) will have excellent administration skills, and will be confident in their ability to learn new processes to “hit the ground running” in a busy, HR Support environment
This truly is a role where no two days will be the same, so your ability to adapt, and prioritise your time is essential. You will also be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
