IT Helpdesk Support
£17,000 – £20,000pa DOE
Jobline Staffing are recruiting for a 1st Line IT Helpdesk Support professional to provide day-to-day maintenance, support and troubleshooting for one of our clients based in Falmouth Cornwall.
- Providing 1st line technical support
- Deskside, telephone and remote support
- Deliver high levels of customer service
- Escalate calls to the 2nd and 3rd line team where appropriate
Required skills and experience:
- IT Degree or equivalent – Business Information Systems, Computer Sciences or related qualifications
- 1st line support experience ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft application and Windows desktop support experience
- Hours of work – 37.5 hours (Mon-Fri)
- Opportunity to go permanent
