WORKED HOURS/TIMESHEETS

Early submissions of timesheets forms are advised by all candidates, and these are all at the discretion of all line managers. It is the responsibility of each candidate to ensure their completed timesheets are approved by their manager and are forwarded to Jobline, so we can add into the relevant week’s payroll.

 

Please ensure all timesheets are Approved by 10am Friday Morning 28TH Aug 2020

 

NOTE: Timesheets are for worked hours only. If the Candidate is on holiday or off sick, they should not have a timesheet. These need to be claimed separately.

 

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE PAYROLL DATES AND TIMES ABOVE AS WE HAVE A STRICT DEADLINE AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS MADE AS WE ARE WORKING WITH LIMITED STAFF AT THE MOMENT AND CANNOT ARRANGE EXTRA PAY IF A TIMESHEET IS MISSED. ALL MISSED TIMESHEETS WILL BE PAID IN THE NEXT PAYROLL
