Brief Description
My Client is looking for an enthusiastic highly motivated team player to join there busy Service Desk team. The post holder will provide IT support and advise by telephone, email and remote desktop tools.
You will have excellent customer care skills, a broad knowledge of IT and be able to work under your own initiative.
Experience of working in a Service Desk environment and providing first line ICT support is essential, as is proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
