Jobline Staffing are seeking an experienced administrator for their housing client based in Bodmin. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly team. There may be an opportunity for hybrid working once fully trained.
The successful candidate will be the customer contact for the team providing a first class service housing customers. You will work with surveyors ensuring work and project plan updates. You will also be the key contact for contractors ensuring that work is completed on time within the programme.
Experience of working in a role working with customers and dealing with complaints and queries is essential. You must also have excellent IT skills.
