Cormac Contracting are seeking an experienced administrator to provide support to the Communications Officer.
The Communications Administrator is a varied role; a blend of administration, customer service and communications, supporting the Communications Manager and liaising with internal and external customers. You will demonstrate an organised approach to work, provide administrative support and respond to general enquiries and complaints. You will monitor the InBox and oversee it’s day to day processes; taking ownership of, investigating and resolving customer issues pro-actively and satisfactorily, recording all relevant information.
You will need excellent administration and communication skills, and be professional with a high attention to detail and a positive, customer driven focus. You will be organised, competent with Microsoft Office, able to work under pressure and self-motivated. You will need experience carrying out similar duties and be comfortable contacting customers to obtain information, in order to resolve their queries and keep them updated. Some knowledge of GDPR and a background in PR would be desired, but not essential.
