HR Assistant
Temp (Temp to Perm for right person)
Circa £20,000

My client based in Bodmin is looking for an HR Assistant to join their busy HR Department.

The role is based in Bodmin and will be Monday – Friday paying around £20,000 per annum.
Initially a Temp role however if you get on well this WILL go to Perm!
This is an exciting time to join a very reputable company.
Duties include:-
  • Using HR systems to process data
  • Audit and quality checking
  • General office duties
  • Helping with projects
  • TUPE
  • Processing all employee changes including – Leavers, internal moves and new starters
  • Liaising with all other departments
  • Maintaining staff records
  • General reporting and minute taking
  • ensuring all policies, procedures and legislation are all up to date
You will be working closely with Operational HR, HR officers and Corporate managers.
For this role I am looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, likes a fast paced environment to work in and is not afraid to get stuck in and assist with all given tasks.
