The successful candidate will work in the Independent Living Service team and will be responsible for providing the concierge service to residents of sheltered housing schemes; as well as providing an installation, checking and customer service to Lifeline customers. You will support tenants and customers on a daily basis by responding to enquiries, being a presence within scheme and completing regular checks of Lifelines or around buildings.
You will be based within a older persons housing scheme with some time spent in tenants or customers homes.
