I have a fantastic opportunity available for an Office Team Lead to join a rapidly growing company near Hayle.
This is to cover maternity with the potential to go permanent after 12 months.
You will responsible for processing HR documents, People Processes, Invoicing, Reconciliation, General Administration, and PA Duties.
I am looking for someone who has great attention to detail as well as being able to prioritise a busy workload. You must be able to be flexible with the work you do and assist other departments where required. Great communication skills, friendly and being approachable is key as you will be the “go-to” person in the office.
- Diary Management
- Booking Travel arrangements
- People Management, following HR policies
- Financial processes (Xero preferred)
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Point of contact for suppliers
- Maintaining Office Policies and procedures
- Monitoring payroll performance
- Review financial data
