What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key member of our Property Services team, you will be responsible for:

Undertaking repairs and maintenance on our housing stock and other properties to ensure the highest standards of work

Carrying out tasks in an efficient and effective manner, minimizing non-productive time and reporting any challenges promptly

Handling repairs, servicing, and replacements across a range of plumbing components, from ball valves to waste traps and pipes

Providing excellent customer service by understanding and accommodating our customers’ needs and wishes

Taking charge of allocated vehicles and company equipment, conducting checks, and ensuring they are in top-notch condition

Completing all necessary paperwork, including work sheets, time sheets, and certifications promptly and accurately

Working in accordance with safe practices, health and safety manuals, and ensuring compliance with regulations

Availability for call-out rotas and emergencies

What You Bring:

Good customer service

Work well under pressure

Education/Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 in a relevant building trade or NVQ Level 3 or desirable

CSCS qualified, desirable

Wide variety of plumbing maintenance works, experience in occupied domestic properties including social housing

Full Clean driving licence

What We Offer:

27 days holiday (plus Banks)

Occupational Sick Pay at 3-month full pay and 3-month half pay
