Location: Work from Home with some office working in either Camborne or St Austell
Pay Rate: £10.50 per hour
Includes weekend working, one day every fortnight on a rota

My client is seeking a Care Scheduler who can work as part of a small team to manage the scheduling and other administrative processes involved with taking on new customers into the care service, in a way that is target driven and maximises the efficient use of capacity.
The team performs the care scheduling function for the entire care service covering Cornwall. The role involves preparing planned schedules of work at least 2 weeks in advance but also adjusting schedules on a day to day basis in response to short notice sickness/absence, to accommodate new referrals and as a result of any other changing circumstances. Crucially, this team will ensure that all care visits are covered and that no missed visits occur.
This role is demanding and requires solid teamwork and liaising with various organisations.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong team player
- Excellent IT skills, ability to learn new systems
- Previous experience in an administrative role following processes
- Some experience within the care industry is an advantage
