Work from home, though candidates must be accessible for meetings in Bodmin on a regular basis

Salary: to £37,000 pa DOE

An opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join an internal recruitment team working collaboratively with the wider recruitment team, HR team and with the hiring managers to deliver an efficient, compliant and innovative resourcing service; focussing on candidate experience from application to offer. You will aim to attract the very best talent to the business.

As Senior Resourcer, you will support the Head of Resourcing with delivering the strategic vision for the team and the wider business. You will be responsible for supporting and leading on projects and initiatives that improve the service offered and continue to drive success within the team.

When working on campaigns, you will be responsible for the candidate journey from advertising to appointment. You will support the hiring manager in making informed decisions about marketing, assessing and appointing the role; ensuring that all candidates receive a fair and positive experience. You will be conscious of employer branding and its impact on attracting and retaining talent in the business and contribute towards creating positive employer branding.

You will contribute towards a proactive approach to recruitment, educating managers on recruitment forecasting and supporting them in planning for growth and attrition in their teams.


The following are essential:

  • Degree level or equivalent experience
  • Up to date understanding of recruitment employment law and best practice
  • In-house recruitment system(s)
  • End to end recruitment process
  • Direct and indirect sourcing methods


  • CIPD Level 5
