Easter Holiday timesheet deadline
Please be advised that the office will be closed for the Ester Long Weekend between Friday 7th April 2023 and Monday 10th April 2023

WORKED HOURS/TIMESHEETS
Early submissions of timesheets forms are advised, and these are all at the discretion of all line managers. It is the responsibility of each candidate to ensure their completed timesheets are approved by their manager and are forwarded to Jobline so we can add into the relevant week’s payroll.
HOLIDAY CLAIMS
ALL offices will be shut for the Long Easter Weekend, it is advised if not working DO NOT complete a timesheet for the Bank Holiday, instead complete a holiday request for the bank holidays or if taking days off. Please Ensure you have enough Holidays to cover
Holidays for 2022 CANNOT be carried over. If you have accumulated enough days from the 1st April onwards, you can make a holiday request for the Easter Bank Holiday
PLEASE, PLEASE ADHERE TO THE PAYROLL DATES AND TIMES ABOVE AS WE HAVE A STRICT DEADLINE AND THERE WILL BE
NO EXCEPTIONS MADE AS WE WILL BE WORKING WITH LIMITED STAFF AND THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED.
WE CANNOT ARRANGE EXTRA PAY IF A TIMESHEET /HOLIDAY IS MISSED. ALL MISSED TIMESHEETS/HOLIDAY WILL BE PAID IN THE NEXT PAYROLL
