Area Housing Officer

Temp 3 month contract, possibility of temp to perm

Working within the housing team and with colleagues across the company you will be delivering tenancy management services and pro-actively engaging with communities to make a difference for the lives of residents.

As an Area Housing Officer, it’s how you work with people that matters. You will build strong relationships, working in partnership with various service providers to deliver improvements, support new ways of working and make a positive impact every day.

You will be responsible for resolving housing issues and improving neighbourhoods by proactively working with appropriate networks. This could be related to resident repairs to homes to tackling tenancy breaches or dealing with anti-social behaviour.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident working with people and be adept in managing difficult conversations. Ideally, you will having a housing background.

This role requires access to a vehicle and is subject to an Enhanced DBS.
