Are you a skilled electrician looking for a new opportunity to shine Cornwall? We are on the lookout for an experienced Electrician to join our Property Services team. If you’re passionate about delivering top-quality electrical, then we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Electrician at you’ll play a vital role in building maintenance, improvement work and new installations

Your responsibilities will include:

Undertaking repairs, maintenance and new installations of electrical systems, ensuring the highest quality, efficiency and good value for money for our customers

Efficient Operations: Performing tasks efficiently, minimizing non-productive time and reporting challenges promptly to the Property Services Supervisor

Handling repairs, servicing, testing, inspection, installation, and replacement works on various systems, accessories and equipment

Providing excellent customer service, understanding and accommodating our customers’ needs and wishes

Taking charge of allocated vehicles and company equipment, conducting checks and ensuring they are in top-notch condition

Completing all necessary paperwork promptly and accurately, from work sheets to time sheets and certifications

Working in accordance with safe practices, health and safety manuals and ensuring compliance with the Electricity at Work Regulations

 

What You Bring:

Full electrician qualification at level 3 or higher, essential

City & Guilds 2382-18 (or equivalent) (18th edition) Certificate, desirable

City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) (Inspection, Testing & Certification) Certificate, desirable

CSCS qualified, desirable

Experience in domestic and/or commercial electrical works
