Key Responsibilities:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring the highest standards of quality in our civils surfacing project.

• Developing and implementing quality standards for our projects
• Conducting rigorous tests and inspections to identify and address any issues
• Collaborating with the team to uphold safety regulations and industry standards
• Documenting quality assurance activities and creating comprehensive audit reports
• Offering valuable recommendations for process improvements
• Crafting training materials and operational manuals to enhance the team’s capabilities

Key Requirements and Skills:

To excel in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications and capabilities:

• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards in civils surfacing
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
