Early submissions of timesheets forms have been advised to all candidates , and these are all at the discretion of managers. It is the responsibility of each candidate to ensure they complete their timesheets Intime and send for approval to all managers and forwarded to Jobline, so we can add into the relevant week’s payroll.
If you have staff that is off Sick due to self-isolating because they are symptomatic or in a household with someone symptomatic, they must inform you the managers and us at Jobline with the date they started Self Isolating. SSP will be paid for the 7 days or 14 days whichever is applicable. After which Universal credit and or Jobseekers allowance can be claimed, and the government will make this readily available to all.
PLEASE, PLEASE ADHERE TO THE PAYROLL DATES AND TIMES ABOVE AS WE HAVE A STRICT DEADLINE AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS MADE AS WE ARE WORKING WITH LIMITED STAFF AT THE MOMENT AND CANNOT ARRANGE EXTRA PAY IF A TIMESHEET IS MISSED.
